HDMail

HDMail converts a standard email (with or without attachments) and creates a ticket based on a list of end-users either from a pre-defined customer list or pulled from directly Active Directory.

HDMail:

  • Allows emails to be automatically converted into help desk issues
  • Sends a response back to end-user letting them know that  their issue has been recevied

HDMail maximizes the power of email by converting email messages from your customers or end users into Help Desk Authority issues and triggering auto-responses to the person that reported the issue.
