Our Education Policy

Instructor Led Course Tuition: Tuition covers all course materials, refreshments, and your Certificate of Completion. Parking expenses, travel, lodging, etc... you may incur are not included.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy: Student substitutions may be made at any time prior to the start of class. You may cancel your classroom registration without penalty by providing ScriptLogic Education Services with written notice by fax to 561-886-2499 or email at training@scriptlogic.com at least 30 business days prior to the start date of the course. If you cancel your reservation in writing to the above fax or email less than 30 business days prior to the start date of the course, you may apply your paid course tuition to the same course or another course of equal or lesser value for up to 6 months from the original course start date. Failure to attend the course without written notification to the above fax or email prior to the start of the course will be considered a "No Show" and will result in forfeiture of the full course price. If ScriptLogic Education Services is forced to cancel a course for any reason, liability is limited to registration fee only.

Course Schedule: For Instructor Led courses, registration is at 8:30 a.m. on the first day. Standard Instructor Led courses begin at 9:00 a.m. and conclude at approximately 5:00 p.m. each day. However, please note Boot Camps have extended hours and often run well into the evening. Inquire for specific details.

Payment Policy: Prepayment is required. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and US Government credit cards. For non-US credit card users, charges will be in U.S. funds and will be converted by your credit card company. Pricing, registration terms, and conditions are subject to change without notice.
