EXPORT COMPLIANCE

Summary: The United States Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) regulates the export and re-export of most commercial products. On the Department of Commerce’s Commerce Control List, an ECCN (Export Control Classification Number), a five-digit alphanumeric classification system, is used to determine U.S. export licensing requirements. ScriptLogic products are subject to export restrictions under U.S. law and principally fall under the following three ECCNs: EAR99, 5D002, and 5D992 Note that export licensing requirements can also depend on end users, end use, and country of ultimate destination.

Note: This site is for information purposes only. You are ultimately responsible for exporting ScriptLogic products in accordance with relevant U.S. export laws. We recommend you consult the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), outside counsel, or any other appropriate source to determine applicable U.S. export licensing requirements.
